Sketches of nonlinear regularity theory
Abstract: Olga Ladyzhenskaya and Nina Ural’tseva’s work profoundly shaped elliptic and parabolic PDE theory, influencing fluid dynamics, free boundary problems, and regularity theory.
I will summarize their key regularity results and highlight their relevance to recent advances, with emphasis on nonuniformly elliptic problems.
